How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and are sent within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and also additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Shipments within the UK & Mainland Europe are sent using tracked shipping and will typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days. International shipments are sent using tracked shipping and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending on the location.

What happens if my order is misplaced or stolen?

TREHAN is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped – we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact contact@trehan.co.uk and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

Does TREHAN ship worldwide? Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international shipment?

Yes, TREHAN does ship worldwide. Your international order may incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office. TREHAN is not responsible for payment of duties & import taxes.

What is your return policy?

Orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new/unused condition with full original packaging. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days from time of order. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a limited one year warranty on all our products. Please note that our warranty does not cover any normal cosmetic wear. This limited warranty is subject to the sole discretion of TREHAN after return and inspection of the subject merchandise.
